Polynucleotides Skin Booster
An advanced injectable treatment to boost your skin naturally
A sophisticated and innovative regeneration treatment, polynucleotides are designed to enhance skin quality, elasticity, and hydration. Suitable for the face, eyes, neck, décolletage, and hands, this versatile treatment offers a natural way to achieve a radiant, youthful appearance.
Polynucleotides work by encouraging skin regeneration, stimulating your body’s natural cell renewal processes to repair and revitalise the skin.
With a course of treatment, visible improvements can often be seen within weeks, with results that can last up to 12 months depending on your skin type and age. A top-up treatment at six months helps to maintain and extend these results.
This treatment is backed by an excellent safety and efficacy profile, making it a trusted choice for those seeking a natural, long-lasting approach to skin rejuvenation.

How we look after you and your skin

In-depth consultation
To avoid complications and achieve the best results, it’s important to consider your face as a whole. You will receive a face-to-face consultation with skin imaging and muscle analysis prior to treatment.

In-treatment comfort
The more experienced the injecter and the finer needle, the less you will feel treatment – we have both. Together with topical anaesthetic where needed you’ll be relaxed and comfortable.

Private clinical setting
We know you like it best when no-one is aware you’ve had treatment. Our pristine clinic is tucked just out-of-town, with free and easy parking, discreet entrance and private consultation and treatment rooms.

Dedicated aftercare
You will have a follow up three weeks after treatment to review your results. In the unlikely event that you have a post-treatment complication or concern, our resident doctor is available by phone and email 24/7.

Polynucleotides: The Future of Skin Regeneration
A cutting-edge regenerative treatment, Polynucleotides offer a powerful, natural way to support skin health and vitality.
Whether you’re targeting signs of ageing, looking to improve hydration and elasticity, or preparing your skin for more advanced treatments, this injectable therapy works at a cellular level to rejuvenate from within.
The Science Behind Polynucleotides
Polynucleotides are purified, biocompatible molecules derived from natural DNA. Once injected into the skin, they work to:
- Deeply hydrate
- Neutralise free radicals
- Stimulate fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin
This results in healthier, more resilient skin with improved texture, tone, and radiance – all driven by your body’s natural regeneration processes.
A Natural and Trusted Approach
Polynucleotides used in aesthetic medicine are derived from highly purified sources — typically European freshwater fish – and are processed under stringent safety standards. They are well-tolerated and have been used in regenerative medicine for decades, offering a biocompatible and minimally reactive solution for skin renewal.
Backed by Research, Loved by Skin
Polynucleotide therapy is supported by over 70 years of scientific research and numerous clinical studies. With high levels of patient satisfaction, minimal downtime, and a strong safety profile, it’s fast becoming a go-to treatment for subtle but powerful skin rejuvenation.
The Treatment Process
Treatment involves a series of precise micro-injections into the upper layers of the skin, typically taking around 30 minutes. While you may experience some temporary redness, swelling, or mild bruising, most patients return to normal activities shortly after.
A course of 2–3 sessions spaced a few weeks apart is usually recommended for best results, with top-up treatments every 6–9 months to maintain skin quality over time.
